Railway Track Position & Gauge Measurement Trolley (Demo Unit)

As a land surveying firm with over 15 years of expertise, Gexia understands the challenges of railway maintenance. We wanted to develop a tool that was both practical and intuitive for field technicians, and that is how our trolley, "Léon", was born.

Léon combines precision with portability. Equipped with high-accuracy laser technology and a military-grade inclinometer, the trolley captures precise data on track positioning, tilt (cant), and L & H Gauge clearances relative to railway structures.

At only 8kg, Léon is designed to be lightweight and foldable for effortless transport. Furthermore, it integrates seamlessly with a dedicated mobile application via Bluetooth, providing technicians with real-time, high-fidelity measurement visualization directly on their smartphone or tablet.
