How does a purchase actually work?
Bidding and buying
The process depends largely on the type of sale:
Direct purchase: As soon as you purchase a product at a fixed price and have added it to your shopping cart, you will immediately receive a confirmation email.
Price suggestion: If you submit a price suggestion, you will be notified by email as soon as the seller responds to your offer. If they accept your suggestion, you can add the product to your shopping cart after logging in. If they reject your suggestion, you have the option of submitting a new price suggestion.
Open auction: If you are the highest bidder at the end of the auction, you will automatically win the item. Regardless of the outcome—whether you win or not—you will be notified directly by email.
Hidden auction: After the auction ends, the seller selects a winner. You will then be automatically notified by email of the outcome.

After successful purchase
Once you have purchased a product, the next step is to coordinate with the seller:
Receipt of the invoice: You will receive the invoice directly from the seller in a timely manner. When you add the product to your shopping cart, the seller receives all the relevant information for invoicing from us.
Payment: The seller will send you an invoice. As soon as they have received the money, the status of the order will be set to paid.
Shipping or pickup: Coordinate directly with the seller whether the goods will be picked up or shipped. As soon as you have received the goods, the status will be set to shipped/picked up.
