How does my sale work?
List your product
Describe your product as accurately as possible. The clearer and more detailed the information, the fewer queries you will receive and the higher the chances of selling.
Images also increase visibility and build trust among potential buyers.
Choose your sales method: You decide which sales method you want to use: direct sale, suggested price, open auction, or closed auction. You can find out more in the following guide: Guide to the different types of sale.
Shipping or pickup: You decide whether shipping is included in the price or whether the buyer organizes pickup themselves. You can also specify detailed arrangements in the seller terms and conditions you upload to your profile.
Start and end date: You also decide whether your offer starts immediately or should go online at a specific date in the future. Finally, you decide how long your sale should run.

During the sale period
The process varies depending on the type of sale, but it is always clearly structured:
Direct purchase: As soon as a buyer purchases your product at a fixed price, you will automatically receive an email.
Price suggestion: If a price suggestion is received, you will be notified by email and can then accept or reject it directly in your My Account area.
Open auction: The highest bidder automatically wins the auction as soon as the duration ends. You will then be notified by email.
Hidden auction: After the auction ends, you select the desired winner yourself in your customer account. All bidders are then automatically notified by email of their success or failure.
After a successful sale
As soon as your product is successfully sold, the processing begins:
View all sales details: In the order (which you can find in your My Account area under Sell>Orders), you will find all the information about the buyer—including delivery and billing address and contact details.
Issue invoice: You create the invoice for the agreed amount in your own ERP system and send it directly to the buyer. Once you have received payment, you can mark the order as “paid” in the system. This ensures that the current status remains transparent and clear to all parties involved at all times.
Arrange shipping or pickup: You coordinate shipping or pickup directly with the buyer. Once the goods have been shipped or picked up, you can update the status in the system accordingly.
