Description

Fast. Flexible. Cost-effective. Certified to DIN EN ISO/ASTM 52920

A secure supply of spare parts is a key factor in ensuring reliable mobility. Using industrial 3D printing, we help companies make their supply chains more resilient, reduce costs, and provide spare parts and smart production aids more quickly, efficiently and sustainably.

Our work processes and our in-house additive manufacturing facility are certified to DIN EN ISO/ASTM 52920 – the comprehensive industry standard for additive manufacturing: from the digital model through production to quality-assured post-processing.

Faster, cheaper: gain a competitive edge with additive manufacturing

  • Fast & reliable: Precision-engineered components, tools and prototypes in a matter of weeks rather than months.

  • Efficient & cost-effective: On-demand production reduces stock levels, downtime and costs.

  • Flexible & sustainable: Robust, low-maintenance parts – right through to the replacement of entire components.

  • Innovative & holistic: Accelerated development of new solutions and support in establishing a digital spare parts supply chain.

We offer a comprehensive range of services for digital spare parts supply – from the initial analysis through to operational approval:

Experts in the rail sector: 3D printing for rolling stock, infrastructure and more

In the rail vehicle sector, flame-retardant high-performance plastics and metal alloys are primarily used, which meet the stringent fire safety requirements of DIN EN 45545.

Since 2023, we have been operating our own in-house industrial 3D printing facility, certified to DIN EN ISO/ASTM 52920, specialising in flame-retardant high-performance plastics – enabling us to respond quickly and flexibly to complex requirements and last-minute requests.
