Information on average monthly active users on the marketplace
According to Article 24(2) of the Digital Services Act (DSA), online platforms are obliged to regularly publish information on the average number of monthly active users in the EU. This is done in order to determine whether an online platform is to be classified as a “very large online platform” (VLOP) within the meaning of the Digital Services Act (DSA). This is the case if the platform reaches an average of at least 45 million users per month in the EU (equivalent to 10% of the EU population).
In fulfillment of this obligation, we hereby inform you that the average monthly number of active users of our platform in the EU, calculated as an average of the past six months, is well below the threshold of 45 million users.
We continuously monitor the average monthly number of active users of our platform.
How are the search results and sorting determined?
Our system checks whether individual terms in your search match the information for a product. Each product contains, for example, a product title, a description or other attributes that sellers enter for the products. If your search term matches or overlaps with a specific feature in the product, it will be adjusted in the search result. You can sort the displayed products by relevance, start or end date or description. We do not use paid ads in the search results.
In accordance with Art. 15 of the Digital Services Act (DSA) (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), we publish our transparency reports in this section.
