Description

Maintenance of Rail Track Drainage Systems
Blockages in sewer pipes or deposits in the pipes of rail track drainage systems can lead to considerable changes in the track substructure in a very short time and thus impair the stability of the track position. Both the resulting slow running areas and the removal of such track defects and muddy areas cost railroad companies a lot of time and money. Cyclical preventive measures for deep drainage in track systems are therefore extremely important and reduce the maintenance costs of the systems in the long term. With our track-bound, modular MSG02, we are able to rinse out the pipe sections and extract deposits from shafts in order to restore functional deep drainage. The scope of cleaning is tailored to the customer's requirements.

TV Inspection
Our services include the cleaning and TV inspection of deep drainage systems and condition assessment after TV inspection of drainage systems in accordance with DIN EN 13508-2, as well as DWA-M 149 and DWA-M 150. Our technology allows us to effectively inspect the systems on site and to digitally evaluate and document the results afterwards. Our wide range of services also includes the creation of cleaning concepts, data acquisition and surveying of manholes and the creation of upto-date drainage plans.

- In addition to maintenance and construction measures in the area of Deutsche Bahn AG, the MSG02 can be used in tunnels with a standard clearance gauge, in local traffic with a track gauge of 1435 and feed via DB transfer tracks as well as in neighboring countries.
