Our quality monitoring services include the continuous monitoring of work progress and work quality. Precise data collection enables a well-founded assessment of work performance after a short time. This allows a strategy to be developed at an early stage and adjustments to be made if necessary. A final report that comprehensively documents the results can serve as a basis for auditing.

Determining the Equivalent Conicity
Conicity measurements are required to reopen high-speed lines after a rail change. State-of-the-art technologies are used to determine the equivalent conicity. We use a transverse profile measuring device (DQM) and a DGM track gauge measuring device to measure transverse profiles and the corresponding track gauge in accordance with the applicable regulations. The data obtained is analyzed using the DQM Professional software and the "Conicity" add-on module to calculate the equivalent conicity. The results are made available to the client or the responsible specialist officer to ensure accurate analysis and documentation.

Performance Verification
The performance verification of rail processing machines includes the detailed analysis and evaluation of the processing performance based on the measurement results. This comprehensive assessment enables a detailed final report to be produced, which can then be used for machine acceptance. Based on the measurement results, we also offer specific adjustment work and the creation of tailor-made work instructions to optimize the efficiency and quality of the rail processing machine and work processes.
