Description
The DB FZI's decentralised service offers the creation of runnability tests (LUs) for the transfer of vehicles that, for example, do not have a current deadline or have been involved in an accident.
Service description:
An LU is passed if the rail vehicle fulfils the basic requirements of the EBO - namely
- Compliance with the EBO gauge
- Buffer height according to EBO
- Train buffers in accordance with EBO and lubricated
- Z-dimensions of the bogies complied with
- In the case of welding refurbishment, evaluate weighing records due to wheel contact forces
- Wheelset dimensions according to EBO
- No grease leakage at the wheelset bearings - otherwise restrictions
- Wheelset shafts uncritical according to damage catalogue
- Brake on or brake off, cable trolley if necessary. Also depends on the condition of the brake discs.
- Simplified pressure vessel inspection according to § 33 EBO - also lines and brake hoses.
- MG brake secured and OFF
- Tightness of the brake and also the HL or HBL line
- ZEV on or OFF - depending on specification
- Flaps, doors, equipment boxes secured, locked, etc. > see also checklist from Ril 900
- Speeds result from the checklists in the RiL 900 and the damage criteria of the wheelsets
- NVR vehicle number with keeper abbreviation affixed to both sides of the vehicle (if necessary as a DIN A3 printout behind the window)
- Temporary roadworthiness certificate attached diagonally to the vehicle, usually valid for 14 days.
